We are launching the use of a volunteer tracking site to help us better communicate this season. In the coming days, you will receive an email from TrackItForward.com to confirm your account.
Each family will have ONE user profile. We pay the site per user, so we need to keep this to a minimum. We appreciate your sharing within your family to keep our costs lower AND to make the Volunteer Coordinators’ job easier. If you have a family where the two adults do not cohabitate or it would be a larger issue for you to share a site, please reach out to us personally: [email protected] and we can make special arrangements.

Hours per family profile are based on the number of children in the league. More information on the volunteer requirement is posted on our website and linked here. All members of our community will have a profile REGARDLESS of team role, buyout status, sponsor level, Board Member status etc. The Volunteer Coordinators will go through and manually reduce hours to where needed. We appreciate your patience and kindness with this.
8 hours (for ONE player) is the MINIMUM! We have more Snack Shack shifts that need coverage than hours needed for the season. Please give more than the minimum.
Already volunteered this season? We have the sign-in sheets from all of the previous volunteer days and we will be entering those manually. Please be patient with this. We will have this done by March 1.
SIGN UP EARLY Many of the shifts are posted and available for sign ups. Sign up now and have them on the calendar so you know they will be completed.
We anticipate 229 user profiles for our league. Please have patience as we launch this program and work with all of the families in our volunteer role as well.
